Please note - currently due to COVID-19 I am not offering in-person sessions from my practice in Bruton. I am working online and also currently offering outdoor nature-based therapy and walk and talk sessions within local woodland.
I offer safe, supportive and confidential psychotherapy and relationship counselling in Bruton, Somerset.
Trained with The Karuna Institute, I have an MA in Core Process Psychotherapy and eight years experience of working in private practice. I am fully accredited with the UKCP and a member of the ACPP. I have also undertaken the 'Couples In Search of Soul' relationship counselling training with Re-Vision. I have undertaken many other professional training courses and you can read more about my qualifications and experience here.
I offer a safe, supportive and confidential space to work with all kinds of areas of life including: anxiety, depression, relationship, intimacy & sexual issues problems, trauma, life-changes, sexual-abuse and spiritual emergency.
I offer both short-term counselling, which can provide valuable support during times of crisis and upheaval, and long-term, depth psychotherapy, which can be a profound inner-journey over many months and sometimes years.
I work from a peaceful, purpose-built garden cabin in Bruton, Somerset - within easy reach of Frome, Glastonbury, Castle-Cary, Wincanton and Bath. I also have extensive experience of working online and am happy to offer online sessions where meeting in person is not possible.
