Psychotherapy
Psychotherapy offers a compassionate and grounded space to explore the complexities of being human. My approach is deeply relational and attuned, blending embodied awareness with intuitive and psycho-spiritual insights. Together, we can navigate life's challenges—whether you're facing trauma, relationship struggles, transitions, or a sense of disconnection—at a pace that feels right for you. This is a space for deep listening, healing, and the discovery of your inner resources, allowing you to reconnect with a sense of meaning, authenticity, and belonging.
Psychotherapy offers a safe, supportive and confidential space to explore ourselves, how we relate to others, and how we relate to our past and present experience.
There are many circumstances in which people seek the support of therapy: you may be suffering from anxiety or depression; you may be dealing with loss or change in your relationships; you may be facing challenges in your work or home life; or you may be trying to manage the effects of abuse, addiction, bereavement or trauma.
You may simply be feeling that something is missing from your life, without understanding why.
Ultimately I work with you, the client, at your own pace and offer a space to feel supported with whatever issues you bring, in a compassionate and non-judgemental space.

I offer both short-term therapy, which can provide valuable support during times of crisis and upheaval, and long-term, depth psychotherapy, which can be a profound inner-journey over many months and sometimes years.
Working from a peaceful, purpose-built garden cabin in Bruton, Somerset - I offer a calm, warm and soulful space.
I offer all prospective new clients an initial session to meet and discuss our suitability to work together.
