As a Senior Yoga and Mindfulness Teacher, Dina's offerings have evolved along with her appetite for the softer forms of Yin and Restorative Yoga, Qi Gong, Mindfulness and Yoga Nidra, particularly in relation to self-care and self-preservation. Dina is a mentor for trainee and new teachers,  a member of faculty on several trainings and she also works for the charity Ourmala, teaching yoga to refugees and asylum seekers. Dina holds regular classes and workshops at the major studios around London including Triyoga and the Life Centre, and now runs her own studio Goldendoor. Navigating her way through her autumn years, these tools are more pertinent than ever and Dina feels blessed to have received them. But don’t expect incense and chanting: Dina's style is more pragmatic and grounded in many years of practice and personal experience. More about Dina here
